Corrections. If a step in a guide no longer matches what is on your screen, tell us the page, the step number, your operating system and version, and what you see instead. Corrections are the most useful mail this site receives and are published by updating the page and its review date.

Questions about a guide. If a guide did not solve your problem, describe what you tried and what happened. We cannot offer individual technical support, but a question that stumps one reader usually stumps others, and it may become a new section.

The WordPress projects. This site documents the Clean Archives plugin and the Desk Mess and Autumn Forest themes for historical reference. It does not distribute them and cannot provide support for them or for their derivatives. See the Projects section for modern equivalents.

Old links. If you followed a link to a page that has been redirected here and the destination does not match what you expected, send the original address and we will check the mapping.

Commercial enquiries. The site carries no advertising, sponsored content or affiliate links, and does not accept guest posts or paid placements. Requests of that kind will not receive a reply.
